Do I need any jewellery design experience?

Not at all. Carat Creation is suitable for everyone, whether you're completely new to jewellery design or already have an interest in gemstones and fine jewellery.

Will I make jewellery during Carat Creation?

No. Carat Creation is a jewellery design experience, not a jewellery-making workshop. The focus is on exploring our extensive gemstone collection and creating your own unique design using a remarkable variety of stones, including rare and unusual gems that are seldom seen elsewhere.

As each design is personalised and may feature exceptional gemstones, jewellery is not produced during the session. Should you wish to bring your design to life, we'll be happy to provide a quotation during your time at Carat Creation once you are satisfied with your creation.

How long does Carat Creation take?

Each session takes approximately 60 minutes, giving you enough time to explore your options and personalise your design.

How do I book a Carat Creation workshop?

Bookings can be made directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred date and session, and we'll take care of the rest.

What types of jewellery can I design?

You may design a variety of jewellery pieces, including rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets & necklaces. Our Carat 55 team will guide you on gemstone combinations, proportions, and design possibilities.

Can I have my design made into real jewellery?

Absolutely. If you would like us to produce the piece you've designed, simply let us know after Carat Creation. We'll review the design, discuss any technical considerations, and provide you with a preferred client pricing quotation for production.

How many people can join each session?

Sessions are designed to stay intimate and hands-on, with an ideal group size of up to 8 guests.
